Call or text the number on this page and one of our dispatchers answers directly. Tell us the brand, the model number if you have it, and what the machine is doing. That is usually enough for us to confirm whether we service your appliance and to give you a rough sense of what the repair might cost before we even schedule the visit.

We confirm your two-hour arrival window by text the evening before and send a heads-up when the technician is on the way.

Jobs that go to the top of the list

Call us rather than booking online for any of the following: a refrigerator that has climbed past 40 degrees with food inside, standing water from a washer or dishwasher, a gas smell anywhere near an appliance, or a dryer that has tripped the breaker. When you call, say so at the start of the conversation and we will fit you in as early as possible that day. If you suspect a gas leak, leave the house and call SoCalGas at 1-800-427-2200 before anything else.

Before you call, helpful to have

The brand and model number (usually inside the door frame or on a label at the back), a brief description of what the appliance is doing or not doing, and whether you rent or own. None of this is required to schedule, but it helps us arrive prepared rather than making a second trip for a part we could have brought the first time.
